The Shine S11 is a 36-foot "Next Generation Speedster" designed to blend exhilarating racing performance with comfortable weekend cruising. It is a high-performance one-design keelboat that perfectly balances speed, handling, and interior liveability.
*Exceptional Speed & Handling: Billed as the fastest sail boat under 40 feet . Capable of speeds over 7 knots upwind and hitting double digits downwind (10+ knots), delivering a thrilling planing experience.
*A-Sail Ease of Use: Features a masthead asymmetrical spinnaker and a retractable carbon sprit, simplifying downwind sailing management. The A-sail can be fully managed by just two crew members, versus the typical 5-6 required for conventional spinnakers.
*Superior Construction & Safety: The hull utilizes optimized E-glass/balsa vacuum-infused lamination, built to exceed the ISO 12215 Category A (Ocean) structural standard.
*Optimized Center of Gravity (VCG): Designed with centralized, low-weight components both above and below deck, including a flange-mounted low VCG bulb keel and custom autoclaved carbon mast, to optimize performance.
*Spacious Interior with 6' Headroom: Boasts a 6-foot (approx. 1.83m) standing headroom . The open layout includes an L-shaped galley, navigation station, two aft quarter berths, and a private head for comfortable overnights and short cruises.
*Short-Handed Sailing Capability: All halyards and control lines are led back to the large T-shaped cockpit. Combined with a furling jib and mainsail on slides, this enables easy short-handed or even single-handed sailing.
